Fact-checked October 12, 2026

Station locations checked by placing MTA Subway Stations coordinates inside the 2020 NTA boundary; housing-stock shares computed from PLUTO residential units by building class and year built for lots inside the NTA (rounded). Historic districts confirmed in PLUTO histdist field. MTA station coordinates show no subway station inside the NTA; 242 St is about 100 m outside. Part of Bronx Community District 8. Fact-check 2026-10-12: Wave Hill corrected from 20 to 28 acres per Wave Hill's own site. Removed unverified "brick towers of the 1960s" and "many co-ops or condos" (PLUTO shows only about 5% condo units). Metro-North Riverdale and Spuyten Duyvil stations placed inside the NTA using MTA GTFS coordinates; Henry Hudson Memorial Park details from Wikipedia (Spuyten Duyvil).
