Arthur Avenue, church, library, bus and Metro-North details from Wikipedia. Station distances measured from MTA coordinates to the NTA boundary. Housing figures computed from PLUTO 26v2 residential units, with lots assigned to this NTA through 2020 census tracts (NYC Planning tract-to-NTA codes); building type uses PLUTO building class (C = walk-up, D = elevator, A/B = one- and two-family). Subway stations placed by point-in-polygon test of MTA station coordinates against the 2020 NTA boundary (data.cityofnewyork.us 9nt8-h7nd); 'just outside' means within about 150 m of the edge. Re-verified 2026-10-12: recomputed every PLUTO 26v2 share from the raw lots (2020 tract-to-NTA codes from data.cityofnewyork.us 63ge-mke6) and re-ran the station point-in-polygon test against the 2020 NTA file. Fordham Metro-North station falls inside the NTA polygon at its northwest corner per MTA Rail Stations coordinates. Belmont boundaries, church date, library and Bx12 SBS confirmed in Wikipedia.
