Fact-checked October 12, 2026

Station locations checked by placing MTA Subway Stations coordinates inside the 2020 NTA boundary; housing-stock shares computed from PLUTO residential units by building class and year built for lots inside the NTA (rounded). Bus routes, Forest Houses and Community District 3 from Wikipedia; Forest Houses confirmed as NYCHA-owned lots on Trinity Avenue in PLUTO. St. Ann's Church (often listed under Morrisania) falls inside the Mott Haven-Port Morris NTA, so it is not claimed here. Fact-check 2026-10-12: Re-checked boundaries, bus routes and Forest Houses on Wikipedia; housing shares and the Prospect Av station position (about 80 m outside) re-computed.
