Boundaries, the Hub, NYCHA concentration and Metro-North station from Wikipedia. Housing figures computed from PLUTO 26v2 residential units, with lots assigned to this NTA through 2020 census tracts (NYC Planning tract-to-NTA codes); building type uses PLUTO building class (C = walk-up, D = elevator, A/B = one- and two-family). Subway stations placed by point-in-polygon test of MTA station coordinates against the 2020 NTA boundary (data.cityofnewyork.us 9nt8-h7nd); 'just outside' means within about 150 m of the edge. Re-verified 2026-10-12: recomputed every PLUTO 26v2 share from the raw lots (2020 tract-to-NTA codes from data.cityofnewyork.us 63ge-mke6) and re-ran the station point-in-polygon test against the 2020 NTA file. Wikipedia's St. Anns Avenue east line conflicts with the NTA, which contains the Jackson Av and Prospect Av stations; reworded. Melrose Metro-North station is about 190 m outside the NTA per MTA Rail Stations coordinates.
