Station locations checked by placing MTA Subway Stations coordinates inside the 2020 NTA boundary; housing-stock shares computed from PLUTO residential units by building class and year built for lots inside the NTA (rounded). Claremont Park is mapped as its own park NTA, so it is described as bordering this area. Boundary streets inferred from PLUTO lot addresses and adjacent NTAs; hospital location from PLUTO. Pool and playgrounds from NYC Parks. Fact-check 2026-10-12: Corrected east boundary: no PLUTO lots on Webster Avenue fall inside this NTA (its east edge is Claremont Park, a separate park NTA).
