Fact-checked October 12, 2026

Station locations checked by placing MTA Subway Stations coordinates inside the 2020 NTA boundary; housing-stock shares computed from PLUTO residential units by building class and year built for lots inside the NTA (rounded). Pelham Bay Park is mapped as its own park NTA, so it is described as bordering this area. Stations confirmed inside the NTA from MTA station coordinates; nautical museum lot (190 Fordham St) confirmed inside the NTA via PLUTO; housing shares from PLUTO. Fact-check 2026-10-12: Removed unverified "east of I-95" location for Country Club. City Island size, bridge opening (Oct 29, 2017), Bx29 and the museum in former PS 17 (1897) confirmed on Wikipedia; PLUTO shows 190 Fordham St built 1898 inside the NTA. "Largest park property" is NYC Parks wording.
