Information, not advice

Building records come from NYC Open Data and are provided as-is. They may be incomplete, delayed or wrong. Calculators give estimates. Nothing on Roofy is legal, financial or tax advice. Confirm anything important with the relevant agency or a professional.

Listings

Owners and agents are responsible for their listings. Listings must describe real properties you're authorized to rent or sell, and must follow fair-housing laws: no discrimination based on race, religion, national origin, sex, disability, familial status, lawful source of income or any other protected class. We may remove listings or accounts that break these rules or look fraudulent.

Stay safe

Never wire money or pay a deposit before you've seen a place and verified the owner. Roofy never asks for payment to contact an owner.

Acceptable use

Don't scrape the site at high volume, try to break security, or use Roofy to harass anyone, including people named in public records.
