Fact-checked October 12, 2026

Boundaries checked by testing MTA station coordinates and landmark points against the 2020 NTA polygon (NYC Open Data 9nt8-h7nd). Boundaries corrected: blocks below about 23rd-26th Street belong to the Gramercy and Stuyvesant Town NTAs, and the polygon reaches north past 42nd Street. Removed 23rd St from the 6-train stops (that station is in the Midtown South NTA); added the 7 at Grand Central, which falls inside the polygon. Historic district years and Kips Bay Towers (1,112 units, I. M. Pei, 1963) from Wikipedia; Bellevue/NYU Langone wording matched to Wikipedia; St. Vartan Park acreage (2.759) and streets from the Parks Properties dataset.
