Fact-checked October 12, 2026

Re-checked 2026-10-12. Station names and daytime routes from the MTA Subway Stations dataset: the stop is 75 St-Elderts Ln (J/Z), and 85 St-Forest Pkwy is served by the J only, so the earlier wording implying Z service at all three stops was corrected; all three fall in the Woodhaven NTA. Forest Park 500+ acres, 110-acre golf course, bandshell and bridle paths from NYC Parks. Boundaries, Victorian/Colonial housing, 1918 el opening and NRHP listings (carousel 2004) from Wikipedia.
