Location checked against the 2020 NTA boundaries (NYC Open Data 9nt8-h7nd). Housing mix = share of residential units by PLUTO building class for the 2020 census tracts in this NTA (tract-to-NTA equivalency hm78-6dwm); PLUTO year-built values for older buildings are often estimates. Rochdale Village and the Locust Manor LIRR station were confirmed inside the polygon. NYC Parks and Wikipedia give different building heights (14 vs 13 stories), so height is omitted. Park acreage comes from NYC Parks Properties. Re-checked 2026-10-12: the NYC Parks Rochdale Park page confirms 20 buildings, completed 1963 on the Jamaica Racetrack site, as cooperatives. Neighbors corrected to match the 2020 NTA adjacency: South Jamaica does not border this NTA. Locust Manor LIRR station inside. Gwen Ifill Park 16.4 ac, Rochdale Park 8.8 ac (Parks Properties). PLUTO recount: elevator buildings 55%.
