Fact-checked October 12, 2026

Location checked against the 2020 NTA boundaries (NYC Open Data 9nt8-h7nd). Housing mix = share of residential units by PLUTO building class for the 2020 census tracts in this NTA (tract-to-NTA equivalency hm78-6dwm); PLUTO year-built values for older buildings are often estimates. NYC Parks gives the 2008 renaming year for Rizzuto Park, while Wikipedia says 2019; this profile uses NYC Parks. The 111 St and Lefferts Blvd stations sit about 165-205 m outside the NTA boundary (MTA dataset). Re-checked 2026-10-12: the NYC Parks page confirms Rizzuto Park opened in 1938 as Smokey Oval Park and was renamed in 2008. The 111 St and Lefferts Blvd stations are 165-205 m outside (MTA dataset). PLUTO recount: two-family 49%, 81% pre-1940.
