Fact-checked October 12, 2026

Location checked against the 2020 NTA boundaries (NYC Open Data 9nt8-h7nd). Housing mix = share of residential units by PLUTO building class for the 2020 census tracts in this NTA (tract-to-NTA equivalency hm78-6dwm); PLUTO year-built values for older buildings are often estimates. Stations and Aqueduct were checked against the NTA polygon. Wikipedia also lists North Conduit Av, but that station falls in the Ozone Park NTA. Park acreage comes from NYC Parks Properties. Re-checked 2026-10-12: Aqueduct and the 104 St, 111 St, Lefferts Blvd and Aqueduct Racetrack stations fall inside the polygon. North Conduit Av sits on the boundary and is claimed by the Ozone Park profile. Southern Fields 5.6 ac and Byrne Park 5.0 ac are the largest parks inside. PLUTO recount: two-family 53%, one-family 33%, 75% pre-1940.
