Location checked against the 2020 NTA boundaries (NYC Open Data 9nt8-h7nd). Housing mix = share of residential units by PLUTO building class for the 2020 census tracts in this NTA (tract-to-NTA equivalency hm78-6dwm); PLUTO year-built values for older buildings are often estimates. The station was confirmed inside the polygon (MTA dataset). The Woodhaven Blvd station sits just outside the NTA boundary, so it is not listed. Rego Center was point-checked inside the NTA. PLUTO shows elevator buildings as the largest share of homes. Re-checked 2026-10-12: boundaries, the Crescents off Alderton Street and Rego Center confirmed in Wikipedia. Lost Battalion Hall on Queens Boulevard confirmed on the NYC Parks history page. PLUTO recount: elevator buildings 58% (elevator co-ops alone 32%). 63 Dr station is inside; Woodhaven Blvd is 32 m outside.
