Location checked against the 2020 NTA boundaries (NYC Open Data 9nt8-h7nd). Housing mix = share of residential units by PLUTO building class for the 2020 census tracts in this NTA (tract-to-NTA equivalency hm78-6dwm); PLUTO year-built values for older buildings are often estimates. Queensbridge North and South and Ravenswood Houses were confirmed inside the polygon (NYCHA dataset). Station routes are the daytime routes in the MTA Subway Stations dataset, which reflect the F/M routing as published. Socrates Sculpture Park, the generating station and the Queensboro Bridge landing were point-checked inside the NTA. Park acreage comes from NYC Parks Properties. Re-checked 2026-10-12: 96 buildings and 3,142 units confirmed in the Queensbridge Houses article. Since the December 8, 2025 F/M swap, weekday M trains serve 21 St-Queensbridge and F trains serve Queens Plaza (F uses 63 St at other times), so transit is labeled weekdays.
