Location checked against the 2020 NTA boundaries (NYC Open Data 9nt8-h7nd). Housing mix = share of residential units by PLUTO building class for the 2020 census tracts in this NTA (tract-to-NTA equivalency hm78-6dwm); PLUTO year-built values for older buildings are often estimates. Boundaries come from the Flushing article. The hospital location was checked inside the NTA polygon. Kissena Corridor Park overlaps the NTA (NYC Parks Properties). The distance to Flushing–Main St was measured from the boundary (MTA dataset). Re-checked 2026-10-12: boundaries, NewYork-Presbyterian/Queens and Queensboro Hill Community Church confirmed in the Flushing article. PLUTO recount: two-family 53%, 66% built 1940-74. Flushing-Main St (7) measured 986 m from the boundary.
