Re-verified 2026-10-12: NTA polygon from NYC Open Data 9nt8-h7nd; housing shares recomputed from PLUTO 26v2 residential units (bldgclass A/B = one- and two-family, C = walk-up incl. co-ops, D = elevator incl. co-ops) joined by 2020 census tract (hm78-6dwm); pre-1940/2000+ use PLUTO yearbuilt, which is estimated for many older buildings. Stations re-placed by point-in-polygon on MTA 39hk-dx4f; parks and acreage from Parks Properties enfh-gkve; NYCHA from phvi-damg; landmark addresses geocoded with NYC Planning GeoSearch. Corrected housing mix: elevator buildings are 45.3% of 21,532 units (walk-ups 32.0%); the earlier 'about a third elevator' undercounted elevator co-ops. Pre-1940 75.9% confirmed. All six listed stations inside the polygon. 1650 Bedford Ave and 770 Eastern Pkwy geocode inside. Brooklyn Museum and Ebbets Field Apartments omitted: they fall in neighboring NTAs.
