Observed facade in disrepair. horizontal crack over 2nd floor window lintels and multiple voids in between stone parapet walls joints. where pieces/flakes of terracota cement has separated&dislodged from parapet wall. steel lintels over windows have rusted and corroded with deflection compromising stability.cited above affects public safety.
