Housekeeping will visit weekly, and the maintenance team will service the hot tub and fish tank approximately once per month. Visits will be coordinated with you in advance, and guests are asked to provide access during the scheduled times. - For reservations of 60 nights or longer, a full mid-stay housekeeping service is required every 30 days. The required cleaning fee will be invoiced prior to each scheduled service. - Rove requires a Rental Agreement to be signed by the primary guest prior to arrival for all reservations at this home.
