Re-verified 2026-10-12. Neighborhood list matches the NYC Planning Community Profiles data for district 210. Housing shares re-run against PLUTO 26v2 (sum of unitsres for cd=210: class A/B = one- and two-family, C = walk-up, D = elevator, R = condominium; pre-1940 = yearbuilt 1-1939; tall = numfloors 20+; NYCHA = owner of record NYC Housing Authority, which excludes PACT conversions); all quoted shares match to the rounded percent. Subway stops re-checked by point-in-polygon of MTA Subway Stations coordinates against the DCP community district boundary (5crt-au7u); stations within about 100 m of the line are described as on the edge. Boundary streets checked by measuring how much of each named street's centerline (CSCL) runs along the official district boundary; Wikipedia boundary text was not relied on. Park names, acreage and community boards from NYC Parks Properties (enfh-gkve). Corrected: the district does not reach the Westchester line (District 12 lies north of Co-op City) and Pelham Bay Park sits in a separate joint interest area on the boundary map. Riverbay Corporation (Co-op City) holds about 10,900 of the roughly 15,200 units in 20+ floor buildings. Pelham Bay Park is the largest property in the Parks Properties dataset.
