Re-verified 2026-10-12. Neighborhood list matches the District 50 page on council.nyc.gov. Re-ran PLUTO 26v2 Socrata queries (data.cityofnewyork.us/resource/64uk-42ks) on lots with council='50': total residential units, unit shares by building class (A/B one- and two-family, C walk-up, D elevator), units on lots with yearbuilt 1-1939, and units on lots whose owner name contains 'HOUSING AUTHORITY'; all percentages and totals in the text match.
